Packages and Pre-Purchase FAQs

What options do I have for purchasing classes?

We offer memberships, class packages, and drop-ins. Our class packages never expire! You can use them as often or as little as you want. Our memberships renew monthly and will either be unlimited in use, or for a set number of classes that will refresh/renew after 30 days.

When should I arrive to class?

New Clients: You must arrive 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled class to ensure you get your introduction on the Megaformer. If you arrive after the class starts we will be unable to allow entry to the class. This is due to ensure your safety and that you understand the machine before the class is starting.

Existing Clients: If you are not present at the start time of your reserved class, your spot may be given away to a client on the waitlist. If nobody is on the waitlist, you can still attend however we have a 5 minute grace period. In order to maintain the integrity and flow of our classes, and in consideration for others, please be on time for class. After this 5 minute cutoff you will be late cancelled from the class. No exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Can I Transfer or share my class package or membership?

Packages are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable. However our booking system does allow you to book a guest with your class package. This is not the case however for memberships. We recommend downloading our easy to use app.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 12 hours. If you cancel outside our policy your class will be deducted from your account as a late cancel. If you are on a membership, you will be assessed a late cancel fee of $20.

What happens if I miss a class?

Due to the limited number of available spots in each class, our policy requires 12-hour advance notice for all cancellations. If you miss a class without sufficient notice for cancellation, members will be assessed a no-show fee of $25. If you are late in cancelling the class, the member fee is $20. If you are a non-member and use a class package for booking, any no-show or cancellation occurring within 12-hours of the scheduled class time will not be credited back to the client’s account. There are no penalties for showing up late, although we cannot guarantee a spot in class if there is a waitlist, or if you are more than 5 minutes late to the class.

What is the waitlist?

The Waitlist is meant to guarantee a spot if it opens up. The system will automatically add anyone to the class if someone cancels. The system also sends an email to the person being added from the waitlist to the class. It is your responsibility if you are going to utilize Waitlist to check your account, and your email to be sure the system has not already added you into class before signing up for another class time. Once you are added, it is your responsibility to cancel before the 12 hour window to class to avoid a class forfeit.

Can I switch my class reservation to another time or another location for the same day?

Yes, you are always free to switch a class time or location on the same day without a fee or penalty, including a loss of class credit - this means that if you are booked for an earlier or later class and need to move your reservation, you will be able to do so using the same payment method as your original booking. However, you do need to contact the desk to make the switch and to do so in a timely way so as to avoid the penalties and refunds if we are not made well aware of the switch prior to your original reservation time.
