Please note that we do not have a phone in our studios. Email and online form are the best way to get in touch with us. Cancellations are done by logging into your account. Please nothat we have a 12 hour cancellation policy - if you are cancelling a class tha starts less than 12 hours from now, you will incur a fee and/or loss of class credit.

Every studio maintains a small lost and found for valuables. However, we cannot guarantee that anything left in our studios will be able to be recovered.

All clients are encourage to arrive at our studios 10 minutes before class begins so that you can ensure ease of checkin after parking and making your way to the studio.
If you are brand new to the studio, we do require that you sign our liability waver, our terms and conditions, and complete a new account registrations before you start class. You will also need grip socks. This may take a few mintes to complete - please arrive early to ensure that you can take class.

Existing clients: you have a 5 minute grace period after class begins. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you taking class.
Waitlisted Classes: your spot may be given to waitlisted student the moment that class begins. If you are late arriving, you may no be able to join class or have the spot that you originally reserved.
New Clients: we DO NOT have a grace period for new clients. If you are late arriving to class, we may not be able to accommodate your visit. -
